Michael’s Beef House

This is the original Pappas roast beef sandwich, which I suspect is important to Wheeling old timers who remember the original Pappas. It’s well done but juicy beef, sprinkled with seasoned salt and packed high on a sesame seed bun. Add horseradish sauce, and wash down with a good, rich root beer, rinse and repeat 🙂
